Dave Hatch and Norm Wells will be offering seminars at BMW Mottorad Summerfest this July 9 - 11 in Mosport, Ontario. Norm and Dave have clocked about 10,000 km touring together for Motorcycle Experience and will be talking about the challenges of touring and some of the great places they’ve experienced.
Chris Pfeiffer, World and European motorcycle freestyle stunt-riding champion will be performing some really crazy stunts on his BMW F800R.

Also joining Dave and Norm will be Paul Mondor, who rode across Canada on his F650GS… in winter! And, look for Rene Cormier who has traveled extensively on his F650GS and just published a book, ‘The University of Gravel Roads’.
There will be a full display of the 2010 BMW Motorrad model lineup, and a select BMW and Minis.
Summerfest will take place during the Parts Canada Superbike Championship’s 4th and 5th rounds at Mosport. Look for the RushHD/BMW Superbike team with riders Frances Martin and Mike Ferreira, competing on the brand new S1000RR. The experiences of the race team are being documented by WhistleStop Productions for broadcast in the fall.

For a race event further afield, there’s nothing as different and exciting as the Isle of Man TT. Held on a 37 mile course that goes through the heart of the Isle of Man, this TT is filled with stone walls, curves, telephone poles, jumps and every other danger – aside from pedestrians, dogs and deer – known to riders everywhere. But picture racing this course around 200 mph. OK, then, how about just picturing yourself watching the action!
The Superbike TT race begins at 12 noon on Saturday, June 5, with other classes running on Monday, June 7, Wednesday, June 9 and Friday, June 11.
People have been racing here for the last 100 years, and attending this race is like witnessing history in the making. For more info, check out iomtt.com
